This page explains the choices you have over the personal information Botellita Pepe (“Botellita”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects through botellitapepe.com (the “Site”), and how to exercise them. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and why.
Botellita Pepe does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”). We have not done so in the past 12 months.
We disclose personal information only to service providers that help us run the store, under contracts that limit how they may use it:
Although there is nothing to opt out of, you may still send us an opt-out request at any time. We will record it and apply it if our practices ever change.
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
We use sensitive personal information, such as account login details and payment information processed by our payment provider, only to provide the products and services you request, prevent fraud and comply with the law. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you. You therefore do not need to submit a request to limit its use.

Verification. To protect your information, we verify your identity by matching the details you provide against our records. We may ask for one additional detail, such as a recent order number. We will not ask for more information than is necessary.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you, and we may ask you to confirm your identity directly with us.
Response time. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, up to an additional 45 days, we will tell you why. Requests are free of charge unless they are excessive or repetitive.
We use essential cookies to keep your cart, login and session working, and a browser setting to remember your language choice (Spanish or English). We also use analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, features such as the cart and checkout may stop working.
You can stop marketing emails at any time by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of any message, or by emailing us. We will continue to send transactional emails about your orders, such as confirmations, shipping and tracking updates.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal”. We will respond within the time required by your local law.
